Troy Parkinson leads the reader along his own path to spiritual awakening via mediumship. He tells how discovering for himself that death does not exist and our souls live on, had a profound effect on him. He examines the significance of being able to communicate with people after their physical bodies have ceased to function. Such communication proved to him that love never dies and that remembering that our souls live on allows us to embrace who we truly are. His message is that if we are “called”, we gotta go – spirit finds a way, but Troy had to learn how to trust his instinct, give up the familiar and go where his heart tells him. He comes across as a gentle man who does not regret his decision – nothing happens by chance: it is not about “me”, he says. There is a useful list of recommended resources at the end.
